The Rockstar Roadie Podcast exists for the people who live behind the curtain—the roadies, crew, techs, fixers, and lifers who make the show happen while the world looks the other way. We tell the stories that don’t make the highlight reel. The long nights. The short sleep. The busted knuckles, bad coffee, blown buses, broken gear, dark humor, and the deep pride that comes with getting it done no matter what.

This podcast is raw, honest, and unapologetically real. We don’t sugarcoat the road, and we don’t glamorize the grind. Touring life can be loud, lonely, chaotic, and addictive all at once—and nobody talks enough about what it costs mentally, emotionally, and personally. We do.

Our mission is to create a space where real conversations happen. Where veterans pass down hard-earned wisdom. Where struggles with burnout, anxiety, depression, and identity after the road aren’t brushed aside or laughed off. Where the people who carry the weight of the show finally get to set it down and speak freely.

We believe the road builds family—but family needs honesty, support, and accountability.
